Hasan supports 14 family members, including his three children. His father and brother died in recent airstrikes. Many of his neighbors left the village at different times, fleeing the violence. He and his family chose to stay. They found it hard to get food, but received cash from Mercy Corps, which he used for medicine for his son, and food for the family.
