I am the Director of Global Photography at Mercy Corps, an NGO that alleviates suffering, poverty and oppression by helping people build secure, productive and just communities in over 45 countries.

Originally from New York City, I spent 10 years as the Staff Photographer at Habitat for Humanity International. I've also worked for World Wildlife Fund, International Rescue Committee and the National Geographic Society, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Eswatini.

I live in Amman, Jordan with my wife Darla and daughter Isabel.
